General information about the processing of personal data
Unless otherwise stated, SegMine ApS only collects and processes your personal data to the extent necessary for the provision of this website and to ensure its functionality.
In cases where we obtain your consent to the processing of your personal data, Article 6, paragraph 1 (a) of the GDPR provides the legal basis for processing.
In cases where we collect personal data for the purpose of a contract between you and SegMine ApS, Article 6, paragraph 1 (b) of the GDPR provides the legal basis for processing. This also applies when the processing is necessary to perform actions at your request before entering into a contract.
In cases where we process your personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation to which SegMine ApS is subject, Article 6, paragraph 1 (c) of the GDPR provides the legal basis for processing.
When the processing of your personal data is necessary to protect your or another person’s life interests, Article 6 paragraph 1 (d) of the GDPR provides the legal basis for processing.
When the processing of your personal data is necessary in connection with the legitimate interests of SegMine ApS or a third party, and where such interests are not infringed by your interests or fundamental rights, Article 6 paragraph 1 (f) of the GDPR provides the legal basis for processing.
We restrict the processing of or delete personal data when the data is no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected or otherwise processed, unless statutory retention periods dictate further retention of the data.
Processing of your personal data when you visit our website (Article 6, paragraph 1 (f) of the GDPR)
We collect certain information about your device each time you visit our sites.
The following data is collected and logged in our systems:

- the operating system of your device
- your internet provider
- your device’s IP address
- date and time our site is accessed
- sites you visit our site from
- sites you visit from our site
We log data for seven days to ensure the functionality of our website and the security of our IT systems (in case of misuse) and to help us perform troubleshooting on our website.
The logs are anonymized after seven days, after which the data can no longer be used to identify you.
Contact forms (Article 6, paragraph 1 (a) of the GDPR)
We have a contact form on our website for you to send us your requests and requirements.
The following data is collected and stored:

- Last and first name (or Family and given name)
- Title
- Optional: contact information (address, phone number)
- Date and time of registration
- The content of your message
We process your data based on your consent to contact you and to process your requests.
We delete your personal data when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected. This is generally the case once the processing of your request has been completed. Applicable law may require longer storage of your data, if your request concerns a product defect or warranty.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with immediate effect. In this instance, we will delete your personal data, however, we will no longer be able to process your request.
Sharing your personal data
In some cases, we transfer your personal data to others who process your data on their own or together with SegMine ApS. We transfer your data for the following purposes:
- For marketing and advertising purposes, if you have given us your consent.
- In connection with (relation to) central IT and administrative purposes at SegMine ApS.

Right of access (by the data subject) (Article 15 of the GDPR)
You have the right to know, at any time, if we are processing your personal data. In addition, at your request, we will provide you with information about the purposes for which we use your data, the categories of data we process, how long we store your data, where the data originates from (if it is not provided by you directly). And where relevant, who we transfer your data to. If you request it, we will give you a copy of your personal data.
Right to rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR)
You have the right to have your personal data corrected or completed, if your data is incorrect or incomplete. We will correct your data without undue delay.
Right to erasure (Article 17 of the GDPR) (or Right to be forgotten)
You can request the deletion of your personal data, if one of the following reasons apply:
- The data is no longer relevant for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
- You withdraw your consent and there is no other lawful basis for the processing of your (personal) data.
- You have objections to the processing of your personal data and there are no legitimate reasons that override your request, or you have objections to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing.
- Your personal data has been unlawfully (illegally) processed.
- The deletion of your personal data is required to meet SegMine ApS‘s legal obligations.
- The data was collected by consent from a child.
Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 of the GDPR)
You may obtain restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with one of the following requirements:
- If you contest the accuracy of your data, processing of your data will be limited for a period of time to allow us to verify the accuracy of the data.
- The processing of your data is unlawful, and you oppose the erasure of your personal data, and request the restriction of their use instead.
- If we no longer need your personal data, but you need the data to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- If you have objected to the processing of your data and it has not yet been determined whether our legitimate reasons override yours.
